PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation dated 23.12.2012 given by the petitioner.

By consent on either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there has been suppression of material facts by the Respondent No.4 and therefore complaint made in this regard will have to be looked into.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the dispute is between the mother and son, therefore, the same cannot be adjudicated before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the documents available on record.

5. Admittedly, even as per Circular No.67, the District Registrar Administration is the competent authority. Thus, the respondent nos.1 and 2 cannot go into the allegation with respect to fraud etc.,

6. In view of all the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Registrar, Administration within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if so advised and the said authority will look into the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
