ORDER

The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS read with Section 4 of the TNPHW Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that a petition enquiry is pending and an FIR has not been registered.

3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
