C.M.P. No. 11957 of 2021 in C.M.A. No. 1137 of 2017 --- D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J and N. MALA, J The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by Mr. R. Ashok Kumar, a mentally infirm person, represented by his father and natural guardian Mr. A.V. Ramalingam.

It is reported that the sole appellant Mr. R. Ashok Kumar died pending the aforesaid appeal and therefore, his parents Mr. A.V. Ramalingam and Mrs. R. Rajeswari have come forward with this petition seeking to implead themselves as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant in this appeal. 3.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the Civil Miscellaneous Petition, this petition is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the appeal and post it for final disposal after two weeks.
