A.Nos.2169 & 2170 of 2022 in CS.No.313 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 186 & 186 days respectively in filing the written statement in above CS.No.313 of 2021.

2. The applicants, in the affidavits filed in support of the applications indicated the reasons for the delay.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications and taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, delay is condoned and these applications are ordered accordingly.
