ORDER
The petitioners had approached this Court and sought for intestate bail in Crl.O.P.No.5698 of 2025. This Court vide an order dated 20.03.2025 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with one of the condition that the petitioners shall execute sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Alandur within a period of two weeks.
2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioners had applied for copy application only on 07.04.2025, the copies were made ready and thereafter there was continuous Government holiday and summer vacation, due to which, petitioner could not execute the sureties.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the 1 st petitioner is aged about 81 years, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks to execute the sureties before the learned Judicial
Magistrate Court I, Alandur, as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready. It is made clear that in the event of non execution of the sureties and bond, the order passed by this Court on 20.03.2025 will automatically get cancelled.
