When the matter was taken up for consideration, The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation, the respondent police has already filed charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Udumalaipet and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.16 of 2015.
