The petitioner is working as Town Planning Officer, Grade-I, at Kancheepuram Municipality. The petitioner wanted transfer to Alandur Municpality or in the alternative to Hosur or Pallavaram Municipality. Since the representation dated 09.01.2015 was not taken up for consideration by the respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 09.01.2015. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
