Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 2 weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11219 of 2020 dated 09.12.2020 by this Honble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.KUMARESAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 16 Clause (b) of the order dated 09.12.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11291 of 2020.

2. This Court, vide order dated 09.12.2020 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly ie., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 09.12.2020 stand unaltered.
