ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2020 on the file of the respondents herein in accordance with law and also seeking compensation of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs).

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that pending writ petition, on the representation submitted by the petitioner, the second respondent conducted a detailed enquiry and passed a detailed order dated 29.12.2022, thereby rejected the claim made by the petitioner. The copy of the order passed by the second respondent was also duly served to the petitioner.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
