Now, the case has been registered against the petitioner for the offences under Section 323, 448 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.1342 of 2020.
2.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition by quoting correct crime number.
