This writ petition has been filed to issue a Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 10.06.2011, filed by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.06.2011 to the first respondent, requesting to permit him to discharge his duties, pending approval of his appointment without making any alternate appointment in the place of the petitioner. However, the first respondent has not acted on the said representation so far.

3.Heard both sides and perused the records.

4.Considering the nature of the relief sought for herein, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, is inclined to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2011, if not disposed of earlier, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
