This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first Respondent to release monetary relief of Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner in the case registered with Crime No.164 of 2019 pending on the file of the Voimedu Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, FIR has been registered in Crime No.164 of 2019 for offences under Section 147, 294(b), 324, 506(2) of IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, and the same was enquired and subsequently closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 19.01.2022. Therefore, the direction sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
