Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. imposed in Crl.OP.No.3921/2021 order dated 17.06.2021 in Crime No.10 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NITIN MARDIA, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Clause 6(b) of the order dated 17.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3921 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 17.06.2021 directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 17.06.2021 stand unaltered.
