ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, this Court was inclined to dismiss the criminal revision case on the ground of maintainability by placing reliance on the order dated 08.07.2024 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.8412 of 2024. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal revision case and made an endorsement to the effect in the court bundle.

2. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

3.
