ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his Poultry Farm situated at Thindalanur Village, Kadathur Town and Post, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District based on the representation dated 27.07.2020 to conduct the Poultry Farm business peacefully.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after obtaining all permission and license, the petitioner established the business of Poultry Farm. The villagers along with the respondents 3 and 4 objected for the establishment of the Poultry Farm. Therefore, he lodged a complaint seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police protection from the hands of the respondents 3 and 4 herein.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 has submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, an enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent.

4. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 27.07.2020, after issuing notice to the respondents 3 and 4 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
