ORDER

This application has been filed to pass an order directing the respondents to furnish security to the tune of Rs.15,07,829/- as on till the date of realisation in full or such sum as this Court may direct within such time that this Court may stipulate and in case of default to do so, order sale of the property of the first respondent morefully described in the schedule to the judge's summons and to deposit the sale proceeds into this Court towards the credit of the above application.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the award has been passed on 11.04.2019 and would seek remedy before the Execution Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant this application is closed and the appellant shall work out his remedy before the Execution Court.
