CMP. NO.11976/2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 142 days in representing the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, I Additional District & Sessions Court, Cuddalore.

2. CMP.No.11981 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 109 days in paying the deficit court fees.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and both the petitions are allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and post the matter on 05.11.2020 for admission.
