O R D E R

The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to evict the fourth respondent, who is stated to be an illegal occupant and trespasser, having encroached upon the petitioner's property comprised in Flat No.5, Golden Bloom Apartments, R-93 Block, 3rd Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600 040 and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate criminal proceedings against the fourth respondent, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.03.2025.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 14.03.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
