ORDER

This petition has been filed for the transfer of investigation in Crime No.166 of 2020 from the the file of third respondent to any other investigation agency.

2. The learned public prosecutor submits that after registering FIR in Crime No.166 of 2020 for the offence under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Section 302 of IPC, the second and third respondents have completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Senthamangalam, Salem District.

3. Since the investigation has been completed and final report also has been filed, the petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
