Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court by an order dated 08.11.2016 made in Crl.MP.Nos.11712, 11713, 11714 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.Nos.10248, 10249, 10251 of 2016 that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, CBCID, OCU, Coimbatore on first Saturday at 10.30 a.m. of every month until further orders IN CRL OP.NOS.10248,10249 & 10251 [IN CRL.M.P.Nos.3249,3250 & 3251 OF 2017] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court, on 08.11.

2016, in Crl.M.P.Nos.11712 of 2013 in Crl.O.P.No.10248 of 2016, 11713 of 2013 in Crl.O.P.No.10249 of 2016, 11714 of 2013 in Crl.O.P.No.10250 of 2016 and 11714 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.No.10251 of 2016 that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, CBCID, OCU, Coimbatore on the first Saturday at 10.30 A.M. of every month until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the condition already imposed in the above said order stands relaxed.
