2.Though this writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to issue positive directions, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 30.06.2019 and 02.07.2021, within a time stipulated by this Court. 3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the representations of the petitioner dated 30.06.2019 and 02.07.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.
