CMP.No.11652 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 96 days in representing filing the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Uthangarai, in MCOP No.11 of 2017, dated 28.02.2019.

2. CMP No.11654 of 2020 has been filed condone the delay of 111 days in paying the deficit Court Fee of Rs.23700/- against the judgment and decree passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Uthangarai, in MCOP No.11 of 2017, dated 28.02.2019.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents.
