Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.31 of 2021 dated 07.01.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SWAMISUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 409, 465, 468 and 477(A) of IPC in Crime No.01 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
