2. Nearly after three years in 2023, the present petition in W.M.P.No.42341 of 2024 is filed for restoration of the writ petition in W.P.No.17623 of 2008.

3. None appeared for the petitioner in the petition seeking restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for non prosecution. It appears that the

cause does not survive any more for the petitioner and that being the reason, the petitioner is not intending to prosecute the case.
