The petitioner made an application on 09.07.2015 seeking to change the name in the patta. The said application was followed by a representation dated 10.08.2015. needful. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Considering the limited prayer sought for, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate orders on the pending application dated 09.07.2015 and subsequent representation dated 10.08.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent no.3 to hear any third party, if so required.
