2.The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for rectification of "A" Register which, as on date, stands in the name of the Defence Department and the said Defence Department has been impleaded as a party respondent in this writ petition. Hence, no relief as sought for by the petitioner can be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition impleading the concerned department as a respondent. No costs.
