C.M.P.No.20098 of 2016 in C.M.A.No.SR9890 of 2016 DR.S.VIMALA, J This Court, by an order dated 23.12.2016, has allowed this petition, on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall pay the Court fee of Rs.237/- on or before 06.01.2017. In the said order it is stated that if the said fee is not paid on or before the said date, then the petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.

2. The matter is listed today. From the records, it is seen that the conditional order dated 23.12.2016 has not been complied with till date. Hence, this petition as ordered on 23.12.2016 stands dismissed.
