ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner for issuance of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating proceeding of the 3rd respondent in University Order No.1318/2017 (C) dated 30.04.2019 and Proceedings of the 4th Respondent in Ref No. BDU/ H3/ AMU/2017 dated 14.02.2018 and quash the same, consequently issue direction to respondents to allow the petitioner to serve as Assistant Professors based on seniority and total approved sanctioned
strength in the department of Economics in the 3rd respondent University.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Sarath Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the writ petition does not survive for consideration by this Court any further and thus, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
