2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17487 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16679 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders is relaxed.
