This petition has been filed seeking to restore W.P.No.8784 of 2017 which had been dismissed for default on 31.03.2023.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the counsel had gone to attend the funeral and therefore, he was not able to attend the Court on that particular date.

3.In view of that particular reason, this petition stands allowed. The order of dismissal of the writ petition dated 31.03.2023 is set aside and the writ petition is restore to file.
