Today when the suit is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs and the defendants appeared through video conferencing.

2.Learned counsel appearing for D1 and D4 made a submission before this Court that the prayer sought by the plaintiffs in the plaint becomes infructuous. In respect to the same, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs seeks some more accommodation for getting instructions from his client.
