2. This petition is filed to condone the delay of 250 days in filing the appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing the petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the appeal for admission on 07.09.2021.
