COMMON ORDER [Order of this Court was delivered by M.M. SUNDRESH,J.] The above Review Applications have been filed seeking to review the Order passed by us in O.S.A.Nos.157 to 163 of 2017 on 25.06.2018.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the Review Applicant submitted that the amount ordered by this Court payable to the overseer is excessive. Learned counsel also made some submissions on the manner in which the learned overseer performs.

3. We do not find that these submissions would be sufficient grounds for passing the order. We do not find any material to substantiate the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant especially when the case has reached trial stage. It is informed that P.W.1 is being cross examined. Therefore, at this stage we are not inclined to pass any orders which might delay the trial further. Suffice it to state that the learned single Judge may see to it that the trial is expedited.

4. Accordingly, the Review Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected M.Ps are closed.
