This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.06.2013.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits that the the respondent police has not received any complaint from the petitioner.

4.In the above circumstances, , the petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint dated 28.06.2013 to the respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of four weeks thereafter and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, F.I.R. shall be registered by following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF UTTARPRADESH AND OTHERS reported in [(2014) 2 SCC 1].

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
