This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court -I, Ariyalur, to try both the cases simultaneously in C.C.No. 738 of 2025 along with C.C. No. 21 of 2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent.

3. Considering the submissions and upon perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the matter is a case and counter case. In view of the same, the Judicial Magistrate Court -I, Ariyalur is directed to try both the cases, namely C.C.No.21 of 2026 and C.C.No.738 of 2025, together but separately and pass judgments on the same day.

4. Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29-04-2026 AT To 1.The Judicial Magistrate Court -I, Ariyalur.
