(CRIME NO.7 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.4953/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8686/2019 dated 07.04.2021 directing that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on Monday at 10.30am and Friday at 4.30pm and this render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.PUSHPARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4953 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8686 of 2019 on 07.04.2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
