The petitioner made a representation on 02.03.2014 to the respondent no.3 requesting to remove the history sheet registered by the respondent no.4. It is the case of the petitioner that he was acquitted from the criminal case in S.C.No.186 of 2006 and there is no other case pending. It is further stated that even in two other cases, the petitioner was acquitted. On the non consideration of the representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
