O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that already a civil suit is pending between the petitioner and the de facto complainant and that being so, the respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that, already a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.667 of 2019 under various provisions of law including Section 307 IPC and only for securing the petitioner in that case, the police is searching him.

4.Considering the fact that already a case has been registered against the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
