RESPONDENT PRAYER: Petition filed praying to allow the petitioner to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,55,53,722/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty Five Lakhs Fifty Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Two only) deposited by the first respondent to the credit of W.P.No.32208 of 2014.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Shri Rajendran Raghavan appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 has no objection for granting of the relief prayed for. Accordingly, the prayer is granted. Registry shall pay over the principal amount of Rs.1,55,53,722/- together with accumulated interest to petitioner without any deduction.
2. Shri Gowthaman states the details of the bank to which the amount should be credited will be made available to Registry in the communication forwarding a copy of this order. Registry shall credit to
that particular account.
3. Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
