ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking for Police Protection to enable the petitioner to construct the temple at Molapalayam Village, Coimbatore District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the entire dispute was referred to the Tahsildar, Perur, Coimbatore District, who conducted a peace committee meeting between the parties. Both the parties have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

arrived at a settlement and the same has been recorded by the Tahsildar, Perur, in his proceedings dated 24.12.2018. The statements recorded and signed by the parties was also placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner to proceed further in accordance with the settlement arrived at before the Tahsildar, Perur, and construct the temple as per the terms of settlement between the parties.
