By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that he while working as a Bill Collector in the services of Hosur Municipality, has retired from service on 30.6.2012, and vide order dated 29.6.2012, passed by the Commissioner In-charge of Hosur Municipality, recovery of Rs.28,390/- and Rs.8,486/- being the time barred arrears and lease amount respectively, due and payable, is sought to be made from him and challenging the same, he filed W.P.No.14363/2015, and this Court vide order dated 8.6.2015, has quashed the impugned order with a further direction to the respondents therein to pay to him the amounts already recovered from his DCRG, within a stipulated time. 3.The petitioner now expressed his grievance that the time scale of pay has not been finalised and accordingly, he submitted representations dated 14.2.2015 and 24.7.2015, to the respondents 1 and 2 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 14.2.2015 and 24.7.2015, in accordance with law, and pass orders thereon within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
