It is seen that an appeal has been preferred at the instance of a third party in the year 2014, which is pending consideration before the respondent. The petitioner filed an application to implead himself as party respondent in the said appeal on 12.08.2015. It was followed by a legal notice dated 21.08.2015. The appeal has been preferred challenging the order passed by the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board for Direct Management regarding Kazimar Periya Pallivasal Wakf. With the grievance that the petitioner has specific right in the appeal and if the appeal is disposed of without considering the impleading petition, it would cause hardship to him, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending impleading application dated 12.08.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
