The petitioner has filed the present petition directing the respondent to consider the Petitioner`s representation dated 20.07.2015 and register the FIR and to take appropriate action against the said Perumal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the counsel for the petitioner had already filed Crl.O.P.No.23125 of 2015 for the same relief and this Court by order dated 01.4.2015 has dismissed the earlier petition. Suppressing the same, the present petition has been filed.
