Memorandum No.2519/APD-F2/10 Gr1B/2010 dated 14th May 2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to permit the petitioner herein to attend the examination scheduled on 30th May 2010 for appointment to the post of Assistant Commissioner, Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowment Department, Tamil Nadu, as per the paper advertisement of the respondent dated 20.12.2009. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent on instructions would submit that the petitioner did not reach the zone of consideration. Therefore, she is not eligible to write the examination. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent also confirmed the said fact. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing appearing for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
