ORDER

When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report. In this case, investigation had been completed and final report had also been filed before the Court concerned and it had been taken cognizance by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

3. In view of the permission sought by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the Petition is dismissed, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to proceed with the trial and dispose of the same as per law.
