ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a direction to respondents to cancel the transfer order of TASMAC shop bearing No.9189 situated at No.A-2, Reddypalayam Road, Industrial Estate, Mogappair West, Chennai 600 037, to initiate appropriate action, in accordance with law.

2. After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the TASMAC shop has not been opened at the proposed place and would thus submit that there may not be need for any further adjudication that is required. In that view of the matter, he would submit that nothing survives for adjudication.
