This application has been filed to substitute the name of the respondents 1, 2 and 4 in the contempt petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent has already transferred to Greater Chennai Corporation and the second respondent is on leave and the fourth respondent has retired from services, the names of the respondents 1, 2 and 4 have to be substituted.
