PRAYER in all W.Ps. : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, or direction in the nature of Writ directing the respondents to pass final orders in connection with the Charge Memo issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings No.11070/B2/2004 dated 08.03.2004, 36062/B2/2005 dated 24.06.2005, 43415/B4/2003 dated 16.10.2003 and 15335/B4/2001 dated 20.10.2003 respectively within a time limit. In all W.Ps.

Thangapandi (For R1 & R2) (Government Advocate) COMMON ORDER The relief sought for in these writ petitions is made pursuant to the charge memos dated 08.03.2004, 24.06.2005, 16.10.2003 and 20.10.2003. An enquiry was conducted by the disciplinary authorities and the enquiry report also has submitted in this regard. The Final order alone is to be passed.

2. In fact, the enquiry report was submitted by the enquiry officer on 28.08.2004 and the same is enclosed in page no.9 of the type set of papers filed along with writ petition. However, the disciplinary authorities have kept the file pending. In view of the fact that the enquiry report was already submitted on 28.08.2004, the respondents are directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings in all aspects and pass final orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
