ORDER

This revision is filed seeking a direction to the learned I Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai to dispose of the O.P.No.4244 of 2010.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the wife who has sought for dissolution of the marriage. 4.A perusal of the extract of adjudication proceedings before the Family Court reveals much delay in the conduct of proceedings before the Family Court.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances, this civil revision petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned I Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the OP.No.4244 of 2010, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. 09.06.2016.
