This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondents 5 to 8 as respondents 5 to 8 in the above writ petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we inclined to allow the petition.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted before this Court that, while filing the impleading petition, they impleaded the Commissioner of Pallavaram instead of " Commissioner of Tambaram" as fifth respondent and hence, the same may be rectified.

4. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments and while making amendment, the fifth respondent shall be shown as " The Commissioner, Corporation of Tambaram, Chennai" instead of Commissioner, Corporation of Pallavaram, Chennai-43.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
